The arrangement is formalized through a registered lease agreement with a minimum term of three months. A security deposit is always required. We do not offer short-term tourist rentals.

The rental price covers a furnished apartment, including parking and Wi-Fi. The costs of heating, electricity and water are all included in the price.

Rental periods, terms, and rates are available upon request via email. It is possible to register your place of residence with the city.

Cleaning services must be handled directly by the tenant or arranged independently with external providers; we can only offer recommendations in this regard.
