Prices

The agreement is concluded in a registered rental contract with a minimum term of 3 months. A deposit is always required. We do not offer tourist rentals.

The rental price includes a fixed amount for Wi-Fi, heating, electricity and water.

Rental periods, terms, and prices can be requested by email.

Facilities such as cleaning are handled directly by the tenant or arranged by external services. We can only advise you on these matters.
